Today we take a look at the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Hatchback and discuss why we think it’s a great car to own.The Giulietta not only looks good (as you expect from Alpha Romeo) but it offers a beautiful drive too. We’ll discuss our favourite features in our article today.

The range of engines is considered to be very strong by many experts with all them containing a decent amount of power.

The petrol range includes a diverse 1.4 engine, which has two variants. The 118 BHP versions may sound slow but it may surprise you. Being placed within a car of the Giulietta’s size, the vehicle is engine provides a performance that should satisfy most. The more powerful variant will certainly do that as it is able to produce 168 BHP. If its pure power that you are after then the 1.7 litre is the certainly the best option, as it is able to produce a mammoth 231 BHP.

The diesel options are not so bad when it comes to producing power either. The 1.6 litre 103 BHP engine will probably be the pick of the bunch in this particular division. The 2.0 litre engines variants both produce either 138 BHP or 168 BHP respectively.

The Alpha Romeo Giuletta may be a sporty stylish hatchback but we believe that the safety features upon the car are one of its main assets. The car has stability control as standard which can certainly come into use during tricky situations. Front, curtain and side airbags add to the vehicles great list of safety equipment.

The fact that the car received one of the highest ever recorded scores at the Euro NCAP crash tests represents what an amazing car the Giuletta really is.

The car’s security features are also exceptionally of high quality as you would expect with such an attractive car. Deadlocks are installed as standard to keep thieves away. Lusso version come with an alarm installed.

Visually the car looks stunning. From every angle it is easy to suggest that the car is the one the most stylish vehicles in its particular category.
